Hello Everyone! It's been quite a while since anyone has posted on here. Alisha and I tried to keep it going, but life happened and things got busy. Lately, I started thinking about this blog and how fun it was for everyone! We had all kinds of reviews and contests with people interacting with one another. It was a good community for those who loved to read. This is why I would like to announce that I have started up my own blog, Brooke's Books. It's not nearly as big as Alisha's website and it's just starting up, but I'm putting up a lot of the same kinds of reviews on my blog. So if any of you were missing the content on Alisha's blog, you should look up my blog here . I'll be announcing weekly releases (as I used to), book reviews, and other fun features I'm working on. Plot: I liked the whole idea of angels coming to save the human race. There were a lot of comments saying how it was "too religious" but if you're expecting it like I was, it honestly isn't any more religious than any other book about angles and Heaven. They definitely mention it, but it's not an overload.
Characters: I liked all three angles of course, but I really liked Xavier. He seemed to just always be there when she needed him. He was so loyal and their relationship was actually really sweet.
Cover: I have to say, that's what drew me in the first place. I like how it's a silhouette and the sun just makes it seem so pretty.
Overall Rating: I think I'm going to give this a 2/4. It was a good read, but it took me forever to read it. If you can get to the end half of it (around when Jake comes in) then it gets more interesting, but I actually started this a long time ago, then put it down. It was worth it for me, but it's not as though I'm forcing my friends to read it.
